LOVING THE TEXAS STRANGER
An assassin takes a shot and hits two people with one bullet.
Natalie Brewster, a deep undercover agent for a group that doesn’t officially exist, saw the gunman aiming. He definitely waited, lined up the shot, and tried to kill both of them. Nat and Case Garrison hit the ground bleeding. They both come up shooting and kill the assassin—but that just makes him mad.Now Case and Nat, who have never before met, have to figure out what they have in common to make them prey for a killer.
And they have to do it while running for their lives because, despite the two of them being highly skilled at keeping a low profile, the killer keeps finding them. They are running at break-neck speed, hiding with all the skill of long-time undercover agents, and falling in love with a passion that might be part of what brought a killer down on them.
Jan invites you over to Amish Wisdom, where is sharing about simplifying Christmas...is there a theme here? Stop by and enter for a chance to win a copy of "The Sound of Distant Thunder!"

Congrats to the winners and Happy Advent to all! I need to mail some books today and am dreading the long line at the Post Office! :( Bless all of those who work there!
ReplyDeleteDebby, I was in one post office yesterday and actually left it to go to another one, which wasn't much better. I thought I had EVERYTHING under control, I mailed my packages before Thanksgiving, but there is Always Something to Trip Us Up.
DeleteDebby, I wish you the same luck I had when I went to buy Christmas stamps earlier in the month. There was no line and I walked right up. That never happens at our post office!
DeleteI prayed before I left the house and God blessed me with a short line! :)

ReplyDeleteI'm glad to get the reminder of Ruthy's story! I read 3 days then forgot all about it as I barely had time to look at the computer. I will catch up.
I work at the bookstore a few hours each today and tomorrow. Tonight hubby and I are going to the community theater to see Nuncrackers. Should be fun.
I am enjoying Seekerville more than ever this December for two reasons: the Advent emphasis and hearing from the Seekers Emeritus. this site means a lot to me.
