HOLY TRINITY SUNDAY
The Adoration of the Trinity, Albrecht Dürer (1511): from top to bottom: Holy Spirit (dove), God the Father and the crucified Christ. [PD-US] |
God so loved the world that he gave his only Son,
so that everyone who believes in him might not perish
but might have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world,
but that the world might be saved through him.
Whoever believes in him will not be condemned,
but whoever does not believe has already been condemned,
because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
John 3:16-18

I am joining you in prayer for man to seize control over the virus, with the help of God.... and for peace in our country among all people, that we don't let media or social media guide us, but that we use our beautiful brains to find facts... and make decisions. Debby, thank you for posting this!
ReplyDeleteI'm grateful the storm in the Gulf did not turn into a hurricane! Answered prayer for sure. Also it seems NYC had a more peaceful night. Again, I'm giving thanks to God and praying for an end to the violence across the country. We are ONE in CHRIST! One people united by our faith in Father, Son and Spirit. Wishing everyone a joyous Holy Trinity Sunday!
