Braced for Love releases Tuesday, March 2
After his father's death, Kevin Hunt inherits a ranch in Wyoming--the only catch is it also belongs to a half brother he never knew existed. But danger follows Kevin, and he suspects his half brother is behind it. The only one willing to stand between them is Winona Hawkins--putting her in the cross hairs of a perilous plot and a risk at love.

Can't wait to read the new series! Please put me in the drawing.
ReplyDeleteNo I haven't been vaccinated...deathly afraid of needles!
Hi Lynne. You're in the drawing!
DeleteI have not yet been vaccinated. I don't have a regular doctor and haven't heard where else to get one.
ReplyDeleteCasey, I found a website that covers my county. A public health department I've never heard of before. They list dates of coming vaccines. Everyday they have new ones. I'm not eligible yet, but soon. I expect all the impatient waiting will end up with a glut of vaccines before long.
DeletePlease put me in drawing. I would love to read this.
ReplyDeleteWe are scheduled to be vaccinated April 1. Don't even. By then we should have herd immunity or be dead. And who knows when we'll get the second shot.

hi kaybee! You've got an appointment!? Well, good for you.
DeleteYour second shot should be scheduled when you get the first as it needs to be so many weeks after the first.
DeleteThe new series looks great! I'd love to read it. No, we haven't gotten a vaccine. We're not in any of the high risk categories, so I'd rather wait until everyone who really needs it gets it.
ReplyDeleteGlynis, the new series is great (I certainly hope!).
DeleteAnd big picture, it's GOOD to not be high risk.
Yay!!! A new series! I am so excited. And what yummy covers. :)
ReplyDeleteAlas, I am only 55 and so I have not been vaccinated yet. I am trying so hard to be patient. I really need a haircut.
They are great covers, Sherrinda. Lucky?? for me I'm OLD.
DeleteLooking forward to your new book! I have been vaccinated because I am a health care provider.
ReplyDeleteI Linda. Thank you for doing heroic work this last year(and always).
Deleteyes I and my husband, both had been vaccinated, no problems at all. Love all of your books, read everyone of them except for "Her Secret song' Hoping to read that soon
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra. Thank you for reading my books. God bless you.

Hi Wendy! Thank you!
DeleteI love Mary's books and this one is really good.
ReplyDeleteNaomi!? You've read it already??? Thank you!
DeleteI can't wait for your new book to come out! It looks so good!
ReplyDeleteAngeline, I had a lot of fun with this one. I hope you enjoy it!
DeleteNo we don’t want the vaccine. Congratulations on your new book. Thank you for the wonderful chance.
ReplyDeleteReally, Lucy? I know people who are adamant they won't have it.
DeleteOh, I'm looking SO forward to this new series! Can't wait to read Braced for Love!
ReplyDeleteHi Jan.
DeleteYou make me laugh, Mary! I love this post! Short, sweet and giving me yet another book series to add to my growing to be read pile.
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't realy fancy, was it, Lee-Ann?? :)
DeleteIt was classic. :) Looking forward to reading the series (especially after your background post on the story spark).
DeleteI am looking forward to this series. I am not eligible for the vaccine yet, hopefully in a few months.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a bad tradeoff to be young and healthy. Being old and chubby is as a rule, NOT a big thrill!!!
DeleteCan't wait to read this new one! I am too "young" to get the shot yet. :P
ReplyDeleteYay for youth, Gena. Everyone's turn is coming.
DeleteCongrats, Mary, on your new series! The first book looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debby.
DeleteCongratulations on your new book/series! I have had both vaccines!
ReplyDeleteEdwina, are you now running wild? I vow to you that I am going to once I have my shots!!! YES I AM, DON'T TRY AND STOP ME!!!!!!!!!!!
DeleteMary, please put me in the drawing. Looks like a great series. I have not had the vaccine but hopefully soon as teachers are getting it now in my area. I actually could have had it last Saturday, but I had a shingles vaccine less than 2 weeks ago so have to wait. I should get in whenever they have the next teacher's clinic--hopefully soon!
ReplyDeleteOops. I saw that rule. No Covid shot if you've been recently vaccinated for something else. Well, you chance is coming AND your name is in the drawing!! :)
DeleteI am really looking forward to this new series. I haven't been vaccinated yet. But plan to when it comes available for my group.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like it's been a long time coming, Kimberly but the day will soon be HERE!!!
DeleteI love the cover. It sounds like a great series. I'm looking forward to reading all of them. I live out in the boonies. I'm not sure when we will be able to get vaccinated.
ReplyDeleteNo where more BOONIE than where I am, Jamie. And they are coming! Hang in there!!!
DeleteCongrats on the release, Mary.
ReplyDeleteI've had both my vaccine doses. NY opened it to teachers in the second round, and I was lucky to get an appointment right away. I stood on line for 3 hours for the first one, but they'd gotten really efficient by the time I went for the second dose. Shot was in my arm within 15 minutes of arriving at the site (in the middle of a snowstorm!).
I suspect it will keep getting better until we're glutted with vaccine.
DeleteCongratulations. This sounds wonderful. On my To Get List now.
ReplyDeleteNo I have not been vaccinated yet. I have to wait as I am only 62 and only mild health problems. My husband just turned 65 in February and he is on a list from our doctors. My mother in law has had both shots. I suppose I just stay healthy. Smile.

Hi Lori. I haven't tried my doctor. She's in Iowa, I'm Nebraska. Do you think that would make a difference? Is there an in-state way to pay for it???
DeleteMary, I think we Nebraskans have to stick with our health district. But I don't know how out-of-state doctors would handle that. It is a good question to ask!
DeleteI'm paying close attention Sandy!!!
DeleteThis series is definitely on my TBR list, Mary!
ReplyDeleteI haven't been vaccinated yet, but my husband got his first shot last week. He's a teacher so eligible ahead of me.
Its all coming, Amy! COMING COMING COMING!!!

DeleteThat is the vaccine is coming. The book is coming, too. :D

DeleteI'm still waiting for my vacine. This book will definitely on my tbrlist!
ReplyDeleteThanks Marilene. I do sincerely thank you!
DeleteCongratulations on your new release! I haven't been vaccinated and am not planning to be.

It's getting to be harder to know what to do as the vaccine is reaching now people who are not fragile and not high risk.
DeleteHappy release day!!! <3 <3 <3
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kiddo! The Indebted Earl is coming soon!!!
DeleteHi Mary:
ReplyDeleteI got one of the vaccine shots and need to get the second in a few days. Hope it really works.
One question: Is the brother on the cover of "Braced for Love" left handed? Don't see too many left handed heroes.
Vince
No he's not. but I can't remember being specific in the book so if you want to PRETEND he's left handed, go for it!
DeleteHi Mary: I ask about hero being left handed because his gun is on the left hand side and it is in the holster the right way so he is not a cross-drawing shooter. I'm not sure many fans would like a hero who was left handed and called Lefty. I would stand out however.
DeleteYes, I have received both vaccines.
ReplyDeleteso do you feel FREE???
DeleteI would love to win a copy of your book! Thank you for a chance.
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa! You're in the drawing!
DeleteNo, I haven't signed up for the vaccine.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to reading the new series. I know it will be great. My husband and I are scheduled for our first vaccine next Tuesday.
