The
Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. In the
temple he found those who were selling oxen and sheep and pigeons, and the
money-changers at their business. And making a whip of cords, he drove
them all, with the sheep and oxen, out of the temple; and he poured out the
coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables. And he told those
who sold the pigeons, "Take these things away; you shall not make my
Father's house a house of trade." His disciples remembered that it
was written, "Zeal for thy house will consume me." The Jews then
said to him, "What sign have you to show us for doing this?" Jesus
answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it
up." The Jews then said, "It has taken forty-six years to build
this temple, and will you raise it up in three days?" But he spoke of
the temple of his body. When therefore he was raised from the dead, his
disciples remembered that he had said this; and they believed the scripture and
the word which Jesus had spoken. Now when he was in Jerusalem at the
Passover feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs which he did; but
Jesus did not trust himself to them, because he knew all men and needed no
one to bear witness of man; for he himself knew what was in man.

I love that Jesus stood up to men in power. That He stood tall against the power-hungry nature of men. And the prophetic "3 days" touches heart and soul.

Knowing that Lent doesn't end on Good Friday but blossoms triumphantly on Easter Sunday makes this one of my favorite times of year. God is good!
And we are blessed.
My heart was falling apart, my emotions were dying slowly, i was gradually losing my beauty, All because the man i got married to 4 years back was no longer the same man again, he started going out with women , drinking in all the bar, all he do say was we getting a divorce ASAP that i look old to him , i cried my life , i apologize to him to forgive me if i had done any wrong to him yet all he was saying was his done with me and he has found a new woman for his self not until i came across a post online on how people were talking about a love doctor who has helped so many people to get there lovers back so i made no hesitation to contact him via his WhatsApp ( +2348100368288 ) and also wrote a mail for him on his Email: ( priestazibasolutioncenter@gmail.com ) before i finished explaining my problems to him he already told me all about my life , i was very surprised and he told me what to do in the process for the love spell and in less than 48 hours everything was ready , he sent me a package and i did as he said so at night i was on my bed sleeping when i saw my husband kneeling down at my front begging for me to forgive him, i thought it was a dream till today, i am so grateful to you PRIEST AZIBA, please anyone going through sure problem should contact PRIEST AZIBA for your solution before it become too late for you. ReplyDeleteI recently read about the extra fees the Temple moneychangers charged to those coming to offer sacrifice. The animals sold there, as well, were so much more expensive than could be purchased outside the Temple. But, of course, those "outside" animals could not be used for sacrifice. Only the more expensive Temple-approved creatures could be offered. No wonder Jesus was mad. I'm sure he's upset with many of the practices we see today. The cover ups, the attack on truth and on the church! The hearts of men harbored evil in Biblical days, and that same evil continues today as well. God, help us!
